Training & CPD

I am Pritesh Raichura, author of the Bunsen Blue blog for over a decade. Having worked at inner-city London schools for 11 years, including in some of the highest performing schools in the country, I now find myself in the fortunate position of having availability to offer training and CPD to schools around the country before I embark on a new trust-wide role.

My Philosophy

I practice what I preach.
- I have demonstrated excellence in classroom practice: my own last GCSE science class secured 100% 9-9s, in an inner-city school with a comprehensive intake.
- My science department at Michaela Community School scored a progress 8 score of +2.55 in 2022. I have since led and then line managed the science department at Ark Soane Academy, which is on track to secure some of the best grades in the country.
- I have led on Teaching and Learning as Assistant Principal at Ark Soane Academy, which 100s of visitors have remarked as being exemplary.
